ORDER ISSUES

How can I update my order?

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to modify your order. If you made a mistake while ordering, please email us immediately at support@healed.plus with your order number. We’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for delivery.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to modify an order after it has been submitted.

What if I forgot to use my discount code at checkout?

Email us at support@healed.plus

*Please be aware that discount codes will not apply to ANY subscription purchase, including the Victory Box. If a discount code box is not available at checkout, please select the one-time purchase option of the item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
