Where do you ship to?

Currently within the United States exclusively.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business after received. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

*There could be extended shipping delays due to COVID19.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@healed.plus as soon as possible.

Due to our fast turnaround time, incorrect address information needs to be submitted within 10 minutes of placing the order.

What if my order is marked delivered but is nowhere to be found?

If your order has been marked as DELIVERED by USPS or another carrier and is nowhere to be found, please email support@healed.plus as soon as possible.

After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if package can not be located, we require a 36 hour wait time to ensure USPS/other carrier will not make another attempt for delivery.
