What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your supplements, please contact us to discuss. Because these are edible and topical they cannot be safely resealed all sales are final.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once a return is approved, we will email you a return label to send the unopened product back to our warehouse. Once the product is received, a refund will be issued. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at support@healed.plus with your order number and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!
